  • 1. How can I get peace of mind that my order will be delivered safely?

    You'll be receiving email order confirmation within a few minutes after you made order online.
    We'll be contacting you (by phone or email) immediately if there's any issue with your order.
    The recipient will receive the flower arrangement on the delivery date, and we will email you delivery confirmation with a picture taken right before delivery.
  • 2. Can you delivery my order today?

    We can do same day delivery anywhere in Korea as long as you place the order by 4:00PM in Korea local time.
    (Monday-Friday, 12:00PM on Saturday) Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
  • 3. Can you deliver my order on Sunday?

    We deliver on Sunday, but please place the order by Saturday afternoon around 12:00pm in Korea local time.
  • 4. What about requesting time of delivery?

    Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries.
    To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout.
    We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
  • 5. Can you schedule a delivery at a specific time for a funeral?

    We'll try to deliver the funeral arrangement as close as the specific time you prefer.
  • 6. What do you do if there's no one home when you deliver?

    We'll try to call the recipient if no one is at the recipient's address, and decide to leave the flowers in front of the door, or visit later according to recipient's opinion.
    We'll also contact you by email in case delivery is not made due to absence of the recipient.
  • 7. When is it going to be dlievered usually?

    The ordinary delivery time is from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and it's according to schedule of local florists.
  • 8. What happens if the recipient is not at home?

    If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout.
    In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when the neighborhood florist attempts a delivery, they will either:
    Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
    Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time

  • 10. What is the Substitution Policy?

    Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues.
    If this is the case with the gift you've selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style,
    theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
