At OLAFLA, we are committed to delivering fresh, beautiful flowers and plants with the highest level of care and quality. Because of the perishable nature of our products and the personalized nature of each arrangement, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Fresh Flower & Plant Deliveries
All floral and plant arrangements are custom-made and hand-delivered by our trusted local florists. Since flowers and plants are fresh, delicate, and cannot be reused or resold once delivered, returns are not possible - unless there is a valid reason such as damage or a mistake on our part.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the health and quality of our plants and flowers.

Immediate Issues: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item for an immediate resolution.

5-Day Quality Guarantee: We offer a 5-day reporting window for internal quality issues. If your plant or floral arrangement shows significant signs of unexpected wilting or health decline within 5 days of delivery—despite following the provided care instructions—please reach out to us.

Conditions for Refund: Because our products are perishable, refunds or replacements after the initial 24-hour period are strictly limited to cases of verified hidden defects or quality issues that were not apparent upon delivery. This guarantee does not cover issues resulting from improper care, extreme weather conditions at the destination, or changes of heart. We will evaluate each case carefully to offer a fair solution, such as a replacement or a partial/full refund.
Cancellation Policy

For same-day delivery orders, cancellations must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order.

For next-day or future delivery orders, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund.

Once the preparation or delivery process has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Address Issues & Non-Delivery
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we always do our best to ensure every delivery is successful.
However, if a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address, we regret that we cannot offer a refund, as the items are perishable and made-to-order.
To help avoid any issues, we kindly ask that you double-check the recipient’s full address and contact details when placing your order.
Your careful attention helps us ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
Recipient Refusal or Inability to Receive
If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery or is unable to receive the order for personal reasons (not related to product quality), we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
