Shipping & Delivery

When you order from olafla.com, our OLAFLA gift plants, bouquets, and arrangements are personally hand-delivered by experienced floral professionals. We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. In some cases, in-store pickup may also be available.

All prices shown include delivery fees - no hidden charges.

Most of our products are eligible for same-day delivery. To ensure same-day delivery:

 • Please place your order by 3:00 p.m. (KST), Monday through Friday, or by 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

 • Orders received after these times may be delivered the next day.

 • Funeral arrangements are prioritized and can be delivered on the same day, available 365 days a year.

 • Wedding arrangements are Not Available for same-day delivery, and must  be ordered at least 24 hours before the ceremony.

 

While we always do our best to meet requested delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen issues. If you’d like to request a specific time, please include it in the “Special Instructions” or “Delivery Note” field at checkout. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

For major holidays, we highly recommend placing your order at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.
